   You go girl! I look forward to your late night TV show. At my age it would be tough to give up Italian sausage, kielbasa and salmon. I used to tell my kids that just one trip to the slaughter house would probably swear them off hamburgers.

     Hi! Thanks so much! I will have an article coming out soon on way to be vegan friendly besides what you eat. Maybe you can try tofu sausage as well ; ) It’s never too late to be vegan!
