Recently I was asked “Does eating a vegan {plant-based} diet have health benefits?”. In my mind I said “HELL YEAH!” however I did reply with a calm “yes”. To drive home the point of the health benefits of eating a vegan {plant-based} diet, I am sharing three different videos with you from world renowned doctors and leaders in this field. A friend of mine recently forwarded me these videos and they are excellent for the reason they simply and clearly state what sound research telling us.
