    Who doesn’t love veg-loving events?! Here are 3 upcoming events that I am currently working with that I think you’d love. If you’re in Las Vegas, I’d LOVE to see you there!! Make sure to say hi : ) xx

    Vegan Bake Sales

    July 22nd

    10am – 1pm

    bring cash $ for cookies

    Sunrise Coffee – 3130 E Sunset Rd, Las Vegas, NV

    Buy some vegan goodies for a good cause, then enjoy some organic coffee and chat with other Vegas Veg members at Sunrise Coffee. We’re raising money for a local vegan education campaign. We need donations of vegan treats (baked or raw). Please wrap the treats up into individual servings and include a label with the ingredients. Please deliver the treats before the event officially begins.

    Vegas Roots Community Garden Event

    July 22nd

    6:30pm – 9:30pm

    $10 donation

    Vegas Roots Community Garden – 715 N. Tonapah Drive, Las Vegas, Nevada 89106

    Did you know you can support your community just by sitting in a garden eating soup? That’s the premise behind the Vegas SOUP event, which stands for Support, Organize and Unite People. SOUP is more than just a delicious dinner, which, on top of soup, features bread, drinks and live music. It’s an innovative micro-grant program. Representatives of small community organizations give short presentations on their current projects, and attendees vote on who receives funding, which comes from the proceeds of the evening. With your help we will be able to bless an organization making change in our local community with a micro-grant.     Sunday Reset Project

    The Reset Project Event

    August 5th

    7am – 10am

    $15 donation ($2o at the door)

    310 South 9th Street, Las Vegas, NV

    MOVE: 45 minutes of walking/running. Meet up at in downtown Las Vegas at 7am. We will take a 1 mile walk, or for those who want more of a workout we’ll be taking a group on a 5k.

    STRETCH: Let’s meet back in the gym after your exercise route to stretch out.

    MEDITATE: Now time to slow your mind with quiet time.

    EAT: Lastly, time to replenish and complete your morning with a group breakfast. We’ll eat healthy, share recipes and reset. *Vegan food will be for lunch!
