• Avocado Kale Salad Recipe

    Looking for a yummy addition to your dinner? Kick-start dinner time with this avocado kale salad! This is inspired by kale salads I’ve seen online. Here is how I created it at home.

     

    What You Need

    1. bunch of kale (organic)

    2. 1/2 avocado (organic)

    3. 1 clove of garlic  (organic)

    4. some chopped up red onion (organic)

    5. a little bit of cut up ginger

    6. your favorite salad veggies – I used organic tomatoes and cucumbers

    7. pinch of sea salt, black pepper and herbs

    What To Do

    1. break the kale in small bit size pieaces

    2. massage in avocado (work it good!)

    3. add in veggies, onions, garlic, ginger and herbs

    4. mix it all together

    5. eat it all up!

    Why Eat It

    1. kale has more calcium than milk

    2. kale is high in vitamin k, a, and c

    3. kale is high in iron

    4. you’ll feel clean from the inside out eating this salad on the regular

    5. it taste so good, you won’t believe it
