Looking for a pre-made soup in bpa-free can?

Posted on December 8, 2012 by VEGAN CONSULTANT in EVERYDAY

If you are looking for an option for pre-made soups with the risk of bpa in the can, this is a great new product I found at Whole Foods. Taste a lot fresher then canned. I highly recommend it for a quick healthy meal this winter.

    ‘midnight snack’ attack wrap!

Posted on December 8, 2012 by VEGAN CONSULTANT in EVERYDAY

Making my ‘midnight snack’ a raw, organic veggie wrap. It’s the healthiest option I can find at this hour. It had carrot, beet, spinach, walnut patte wrapped in collard green. It came pre-made so I don’t have the recipe but it would be easy to make. Delicious and light to eat! : )
